The Manual Tool Polishing Kit has a unique Case Design where in one does not have to open the Case or Remove the equipment out of the Carry Case to Polish the Tool Tip as it is designed with 2 Openings One for Inlet & One for Outlet so job process can be concluded without any hassle and provides a user friendly experience, Also the design of it is proprietary and first of its kind.
The Manual Tool Polishing Kit comes equipped with :

The Automatic Drag Polishing System is as the name suggests a Drag Polishing System which rotates under pressure to create Drag which creates Friction and Friction creates Heat which added to a polishing compound ends up delivering a Shiny Smooth Surface Finish. The Automatic Drag Polishing System comes equipped with:
1) S.S. Panelled Machine with 2 H.P. Geared Motor, Linear Actuator, Fixture Holder 3 Nos. , Compound Drum 35 Kg.
2) PLC system for all the on board controls like RPM, Lift, Drop, Timer, Alarm etc.
3) Tool Holder Set of 3 (Punch ‘ B ‘ 15 Tool , Punch ‘ D ‘ 12 Tool, Die Universal 18 Die).
4) Polishing Compound Medium 15 Kg.
5) Polishing Compound Fine 10 Kg.
6) Polishing Paste 15 Kg.
